Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return we are here to help! You have 15 days from the day we ship your order to return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. This is issued as a Simply Threads E-Gift Card.  If your item is damaged you have 3 days to contact us at shop@simplythreadsstyle.com

Please include a photo of the damage. 

Return items MUST have the original receipt and all original tags attached. The return will not be accepted if the item has been worn, stained, washed, has odors of cigarette smoke, pet hair, or altered or damaged.  Footwear returns must be in the original shoe box and shipped in a larger box so the shoe box is not altered in any way.  If the shoe box is taped or altered in any way we will not accept the return.  Return shipping charges are at the expense of the purchaser.
